The nation's largest privately held wireless carrier is stepping up to help federal employees.
As the longest federal government shutdown in U.S. history lingers on with no end in sight, C Spire is offering unpaid federal workers flexible payment options on their wireless, home phone, TV and internet service.
C Spire is offering extensions and waiving late fees for customers who may be unable to make their previous payment schedule due the impasse in Washington, D.C.
The Mississippi-based organization is the parent company of C Spire Business and is nationally known for being customer inspired in all aspects of its approach to business.
With bills due this month, we know many families are struggling to honor all of their obligations and were here to help them at this time, said C Spire President Stephen Bye.

He explains that the company will adjust late fees, provide extensions and work with wireless and home services customers on revised payment schedules. We appreciate the service and sacrifice that federal employees make every day for our country and want to make sure that they stay connected during this time, he said.
