One-hundred companies were nominated for the list this year, with only 35 recognized. According to BBJ, these companies are "keeping their employees happy and cultivating an office culture that employees simply don't want to leave."
Businesses were scored on several factors, including trust in leadership, company policies, teamwork, and communication.
The TekLinks crew showed up to the finalist luncheon in full Devo gear and won the best costume award. "We 'whipped' the competition!" laughed Haley Montgomery, TekLinks Marketing Director.
